Tenant Education Monday, September 29, 7:00 p.m.—9:00 p.m. State College Borough Building, Room 220, 243 S. Allen Street, State College Program: Landlord-Tenant Rights and Responsibilities, Finding the Right Apartment, and How to Pay the Bills: Budget and Credit Counseling and Assistance Programs. Light Refreshments Available.
